It would be nearly a decade before Usher picked up another Atlanta property in 2007. This time, he paid $970,000 for a three-bedroom, three-bathroom pad near Mercedes-Benz Stadium. The sleek, modern home measured 2,908 square feet, with an enviable deck and airy open layout.
